Chile is a long stretched country in Latin America. Santiago is the capital of Chile and the only real metropolitan city in the country. In the city centre you may not only find cable cars and the tallest building in the southern hemisphere, but also lots of (dirty) graffity on buildings. Not far are nice vinyards and the Andes.
