Kenya and Tanzania are the major tourist attraction in Eastern Africa. There are great safaris possible with views of Mount Kilimanjaro and easy access to Lake Victoria. The Serengeti with the Great Migration of wild animals is partially in Kenya and many Masai live on its territory. Lake Nukuru has millions of flamingos. The major cities Mombasa and Nairobi are modern with lots of shopping possibilities.

Tsavo National Park is the largest national park in Kenya and split up in a Western and Eastern half by highway 109. It is named for the Tsavo River, which flows west to east through the national park.
